No. The build price is one-off and stated in the proposal. Hosting and optional maintenance are discussed upfront, so you know in advance what recurs monthly.

What determines the final price?

The number of pages, the functionality you need, multilingual support, the amount of content and any custom work. The broader the scope, the more time the project takes.

Can I start small and expand later?

Yes. Every package delivers a fully working website. Pages can be added, features extended or the site reworked later — I build with growth in mind.

How does payment work?

In agreed phases: a deposit at the start and the balance at launch. The exact split is always stated in the proposal.
